Great people at first, but when they said they’ll move my items out of state that THEY would do it, not another company! Lost three boxes because of this and the other company was rude af. Also all boxes were labeled, and I added those three addition boxes when the truck came, and I even called them to update it. Still waiting for a response from them as I’ve contacted them already. Mind you this move was in late January and arrived in February. Once this issue resolves as I hope it will, I’ll change the review to reflect the amazing customer service they’ve given me. (Reason why I didn’t give 1 star in the first place)

I did review the coverage options with you. I will circle back if we can locate the missing boxes and or compensate you based on the coverage for the missing boxes.
