Import Tubers? No communication.
I wanted to support a small California company and mostly am interested in how they focus on regionally adapted seeds. When Dahlias became available, I assumed that these would meet the same criteria and be from their farm. Unfortunately, after spending $100 on tubers, they arrived with many broken necks and some without visible eyes. The condition of these reflect imported tubers, not at all what I expected or wanted for numerousreasons! While I've been more than pleased with customer service up to this point, the lack of response to my inquiries has led me to leave a poor review and I'm leaving two stars only because of my previous cs interactions. Very disappointing and hope they decide to be transparent and communicative going forward.
