WASTE OF TIME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I drove an hour an a half to come to the warehouse, spent an hour or more choosing four pallets that fit my stores needs. When it came time to pay their debit terminal declined my card, however when i called the bank i was told it was a terminal error on the end of the merchant. The employee agreed that the problem was on his end. I was told that there was nothing he could do to solve the issue and that this problem has occurred with others in the past. The employee stated that the money may still debit from my account later in the day, however, I was not allowed to leave with any product. I was also told that if the money was debited from my account, he would not be able to issue a refund, only give store credit. As a business owner, I am very highly disappointed at the lack of willingness to find a solution.
