Marc is excellent. He has helped me sort out computer issues from a tablet to a large home computer. During 2020 and 2021 I realised our home computer was getting very sluggish due to high work levels. Marc collected it, upgraded it for a good price-far cheaper than getting a new one and a more sustainable option. He is a total computer professional and has a wide-range of skills; one of which is to be able to talk to you about computers in ways that make sense to the ordinary person! The computer is still working extremely well and I would not hesitate to ask Marc to help again.
