Ishmael was a very well mannered and thorough person to work with. He was polite and knew exactly what he wanted to get done. I didn't follow him around the house but I did show him where everything was in a quick walk about. From there he took over. He said the vents were pretty clean as it was. Marissa in your office was also a pleasure to deal with.Again, well mannered and efficient.Overall, it was quick, efficient and easy to deal with. I see no reason to every go anywhere else.
