Scott and his wife are absolutely wonderful. Scott did a quick troubleshoot on my issue and quickly figured out I need a new radiator. He gave me great advice on doing it myself to save some big money. His wife is also sending me some schematics to help. I can't explain how much I appreciate their honesty.
