Avoid at all cost!
It was incredibly frustrating to deal with trip.com. There was a typo of two letters switched around in my name on the booking. I had to call and email several times and every time I spoke to someone they seemed polite and like they wanted to help, but they just gave me the runaround and wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts of money to change the two letters around. They said it wasn't them charging the fees it was the airline, but when I called the airline directly they said they wouldn't charge a fee. When I came back to trip.com with that information, they still wouldn't budge and told me they couldn't change the name on the ticket and since my ticket was non-refundable, I would just have to buy a new ticket with the correct name. I will never use Trip.com again!
