Went in to do some fact finding before testing the waters with my first airsoft game. Aidan took the time to walk me around the shop answering my questions, giving advice from his own experience, finding some starting kit for me, and generally being a great help. Exactly what I needed to get started. Will be returning as soon as I have my UKARA number to get my own gun.
