This is NOT one of those sketchy duct cleaning companies!! From the start the transparency with the costs and details of what how the perform the services over the phone was amazing. They were very flexible with me since I had to move the appointment from the original scheduled date with no problems. On the day they showed up the tech walked through my home to learn where things were. There was no upselling or trying to get more than what was quoted. The tech was a very nice gentleman (Aashish) and he took the time to ask/answer any questions I had before the service started. We had recently purchased a house that had dirty ducts (filled with reno dust & previous animal hair) and they service was able to clean it all out. I also requested the sanitization option since there was an odor in the home. The smell from the product (Benefect) took about a day to dissipate. After the sanitation and cleaning the odor in the home was gone which was amazing. At the end again the cost quoted was what I paid. They did mention on the first call the only reason the price would change is if I decide to add services or if the number of vents provided was incorrect. At the end of the service the amount quoted was the same amount I paid. I would definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you!
