Rahim has been truly helpful in finding the right flight schedule for us.
We had a good and positive experience with Rahim as first timers. We got everything we paid for, and he's constantly checking in on us daily, ensuing we are ok. He even asked if the hotel is comfortable for our stay, if not, he would upgrade our room, or get us a different hotel, at no extra cost. He provided us fee transport yesterday, for one of our sightseeing. He's like our personal travel assistant. His professionalism, patience and good customer service is highly commendable. However, few times I had issues with his communication and got disappointed, as he took days to reply to my messages. I will have to point that out, but his 5 star is well deserving, because his poor communication never harm us in anyway. I have already booked 2 more holidays, and of course, I am going with Rahim again as my Agent. Try him out, you might regret the communication, but you will never regret the trip.
