The young gentleman were available far earlier than expected.
After a quick verification from the office they immediately went to work removing the agreed upon items.
The whole process was straightforward and took all of 15 - 20 minutes total.
They were professional and efficient, and I had the rest of the day to do whatever I needed to.
I would give 5 stars, but nothing is perfect, but I'd throw in an extra half star if it were possible.
