Good reviews can be bought. Negetive reviews are genuine. I read a review of any company I judge thru the negetive reviews. Because you can find truth from the comoany response to negetive reviews.
AMI groups or travel & Tours. Not exactly what they say they are. So many people got scammed by in my knowledge. Nkt to mentioned i am also one of them. After make my payment in January the communicating agent Rahim totally disappear ignoring my messages. (By the way Thar's a fake name)
When I got hold of another agent name Mariamme (don't evwn know if that's a true name) She then told me Rahkmmis nkt available. And i can't get my booking because as per company policy bookkng can be made 30 days after the payment. Thwn why would Rahim asked me to make payment where he knew my booking date.
Anyway i have requested for refund. And it goes with rocky boat, they so many ghost rules and policy till now i never got to know them. So after i have been followed all there ghost rules and terms, niw i a exactly standing on the point when my refund need to done.
Guess what, they have diaappeared again. It means, keeping me waiting for 36 working days for my own money which they have taken from me by deciving. (but for booking mkney nweded to paid instantly if you are a different bank).
Now there e-mail, there agent all quiet. You don't even know who to contact.
