It worked for me. I knew that I would be paying for their expertise and was prepared for it. Everything was disclosed beforehand.
I may well have been able to do most of it myself however the little unknown "bits" that they supplied was worth it to me.
Incidentally I had a very quick turnaround from the VA ... less than two months.
