Scam don’t even bother to buy from them
They sent me an email few hours before my departure saying I can’t take the flight. After almost a week of back and forth with their customer support team, they literally told me they can’t help me and couldn’t even provide any proof of reason why they can’t refund me my ticket. The customer support agent Willow didn’t bother to respond to my email, chatting with her, i well know she didn’t even read my email what so ever. She even hung up on me simply because I was desperate for a solution because I’m stuck in a different country and want a resolution. My flight was $2449 CAD and they said they can ONLY offered me a refund of $40 CAD which is so ridiculous. Without any compensations, now I have to pay for all my extra accommodations I did not plan for and extra $2500 CAD for a one way ticket going home. If you don’t want to lose money or get stuck in somewhere, I highly suggest you book through a different website.
