Mr Khalid and team of two of members helped me with my new 4 room tengah bto one visit inspection and they were very thorough in their work and gave us a good briefing of what the tapes mean, what are main areas to look out for vs the minor ones, and for defects that are not obvious to the eye, they taught us how to "feel" for them. This process gave us a lot of assurance as lay person who may look at an issue but not able to spot them or may think of a situation as normal but actually those might fall within normal and acceptable range in industrial standard. I have yet to receive the PDF report but I feel very ready to follow up with BSC myself! Mr Khalid and team was also very professional and polite throughout our interactions and gave us assurance that if we have further questions regarding their report we can feel free to call them even after today's visit. For those who have a healthier budget can consider opting for their three visit package because I trust that the team can really save you a lot of hassle and give you good backing to fight for what is rightful owed to you as a home owner!
