highly unrecommended DO NOT ORDER ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM AND CERTAINLY DON'T BUY THEIR INSURANCE!!! I paid for a zero excess insurance, made an accident, and instead of paying the damage claimed by europcar of €3000, they decided to refund me $340. In addition when placed the reservation they had said there was no cancellation fee and no hidden costs, but after payment they asked for 10% to cancel. I'm so sorry I didn't cancel at the time. It's seems that we are going to meet in court.
