Overall I was quite happy with the service and the price was right. The customer service team was great to deal with and made booking simple. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the service tech showed up right on time. The cleaning itself seemed to go well and was relatively smooth, but it was hard to tell because the tech didn't really provide many/any updates unless asked. Also, I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but there was a bunch of large debris left around a couple of vents after the tech left. I suspected there would be some blow back, but we weren't informed that there were several problematic or dirty vents that required our attention.
