Before I started on this VA disability journey with VACLAIMSINSIDER and my coach Mitch I was denied for all 6 or more of the claims I submitted! I was aggravated, frustrated and fed up with the VA claims process! Then my brother told me about VACLAIMSINSIDER! I called and was introduced to the best coach ever! Mitch was so patient, kind and a great listener! He actually talk me out of NOT giving up on what I deserved for my service in the Army and OPERATION DESERT STORM! He shared informational links as well as directed me on how to properly complete and submit my claims to VA. Whenever I neeed to talk to Mitch, all I had to do was text him and he would call me right away! He was always available! The claims portal that I used with them is very user friendly and full of information that made my claims process easy! I went from 10% to now 70% in one year and now at 80% and pushing for 100% I'm sure all the coaches at VACLAIMSINSIDER are great, but my coach is AMAZING!
