Josh is absolutely amazing! I injured my knee and was heading to surgery. I went to Breaking Through and Josh was able to see what was going on, gave me some exercises to do a couple of times a day and my pain was gone. No surgery required! I do not hesitate to refer friends and family to Breaking Through.
