Leona did a great job a few years back on my carpets and that’s why i was disappointed with my recent experience. Came out and said I wasn’t prepared because I didn’t vacuum (vacuuming is quick and I would have done it had I known that wasnt part of the service). Complained about a few things in the hallway and a few standard furniture items in the rooms even though I had spent a few hours the night before clearing big items out. We were really looking forward to Leona working with us but the lack of flexibility with moving things around surprised me and the changed quoted price was astronomical compared to another received quote!
I am sorry you were disappointed. It is not my common practice but job needed to be re-quoted as it was far from a standard cleaning job. The revised price based on job requirements was not acceptable to you. That is OK. I understand that terms must be agreeable to both parties. Best wishes.
