Paid for goods but nothing arrived I paid for a watch in February for my son’s birthday, it still hasn’t arrived in April. Apparently it’s been lost in transit but Australia Post are the ones trying to help - their hands are tied until Pop Phones initiate a claim. Pop Phones have done very little other than say (via the chat) that they’re sorry and they’ll escalate it. Obviously we want our money back but have heard nothing. Very disappointed.
