Working with Custom Laser Engraving, specifically with Jeff, was an extraordinary experience. I came to them with a concept for a custom-made, stainless steel item, but I struggled to convey my vision due to my lack of knowledge in drawings and design. Jeff was incredibly patient and insightful, taking the time to understand my ideas fully. Remarkably, he transformed my verbal description into a tangible design that perfectly matched my vision. In a surprisingly short period, he produced a prototype that was exactly what I had imagined.
