I brought a chair that made my back so bad it put me in bed for a week. I went to make some adjustments but it was sold to me with all the screws over tightened so it was impossible to make any adjustments. They refused to even do a trade in because it was over 6 months (it had been 7). Terrible chair, terrible customer service. The reply from kings office furniture does not mention that they were charging me £30 for delivering it back, quite a big chunk of money. They also advertised the chairs price before tax, so the advertisment was for £120, then by the end, after tax and with delivery, it was £190, a very underhanded way to get people interested in your product especially in England. So again, a terrible company with terrible customer service.

I am very disappointed with your review as we pride ourselves in always offering excellent customer service. You contacted us after using the chair for 1 month , saying it wasn’t comfortable for you and as a gesture of goodwill we immediately offered you a replacement which you declined. It now seems particularly unfair that after 7 months you feel the need to write such a negative review.
