Went to meet Melanie last night to find out a little bit more about hypnosis and how it can help me - she explained everything so clearly and answered all my questions that I now feel ready to book some sessions. We had a little hypnotherapy last night at the meeting and I have to say I have felt amazing all day and, dare I say it, I can even feel the effects of it already. Would recommend anyone speaking to Melanie about any relaxation or hypnotherapy they are interested in
