I've had pain in my knee for years. I was finally convinced to go to Breaking Through from a friend (I'm not the kind to see a doctor). I am so glad I did! After 3 sessions with Evan I was virtually pain free. When it starts acting up - now I know the exercises to do to strengthen the area and alleviate the pain on my own. Highly recommended.
