My experience with NYC State Limo was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We had hired their services for a funeral, a solemn occasion that required sensitivity and professionalism. However, what we received was far from that. Firstly, the company sent us a completely different bus than what we had ordered. Instead of the modest and appropriate vehicle we requested, we were greeted with a loud and obtrusive 44-passenger bus. The size and noise level were completely inappropriate for the somber event we were attending. To make matters worse, the bathroom on the large bus was incredibly unhygienic and emitted a foul odor. This was particularly distressing given the solemn nature of the occasion and the need for cleanliness and comfort during the journey. When we reached out to the company to address the issue, we were met with a shocking lack of empathy and understanding. Not only did they fail to acknowledge the gravity of the situation, but they also seemed indifferent to our grief. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a reasonable solution, they brazenly bragged about their services and dismissed our concerns. To add insult to injury, their proposed resolution was laughably inadequate. They offered us a mere $59 reimbursement for an $800 bus, as if a minor upgrade could compensate for their gross incompetence and insensitivity. Overall, my experience with NYC State Limo was nothing short of a nightmare. Their blatant disregard for customer service and decency, coupled with their failure to deliver on their promises, is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services, especially for important or sensitive occasions.
