Very bad experience
Absolutely shocking fees. $400 to tell me the submersible pump is broken then $3k to replace it. Previous cost has been $600 max (including pump). Was advised it needed a bigger pump so pipes needed changing. When I asked for the pump to be replaced like for like I was told it would be the same price (as all the pumps are now different???). I was also told it was company policy not to provide the quote via email prior to me accepting it for review and comparison to previous invoices and quotes. Sent plumber on his way. How on earth does this company have all the 5 star reviews??? Following this complaint customer services have offered a number of confidential reparations, however, I have politely declined.
