We bought a a newly designed 3000KG carry capacity spider lift trailer which unfortunately didn't tow as expected & the deck capacity was reduced as the ramps were stowed inside the loading area.
We contacted Jack at Tow mate to ask if there was a way of modifying the trailer and they confirmed they would pick it up, leave us a replacement trailer and make the necessary modifications and return it.
On returning the axels had been moved forward slightly, ramps brackets fixed further out making the loading area larger, the perforated floor that had started to deform had been strengthened and replaced as well as the fold back number plate holder had a sliding bolt attached to stop it swinging back in when loading/unloading.
Also the ramp holders had dampers attached so they didn't rattle when the trailer was empty.
The trailer has been transformed and tows beautifully, and we really appreciate the help that Jack & the team at Tow Mate provided.
Will defiantly consider another Tow mate trailer when we need another one.
