a perfect experience
It was an unforgettable experience, the crew was great, the organisation very good. We reserved our seats on the beach in Bentota for the whale-watching tour for the next day. We were picked up at 5.00 a.m. in a van and driven to Mirissa. The driver took us safely to the boat and when we got on we were greeted warmly. First we had tea and fruit, then breakfast as the boat set off and headed out to sea. The crew were friendly and careful. We were lucky enough to see brydewhales, dolphins and flying fish. There was always information in English about the sightings. Later, we were able to jump into the sea from the boat and go for a swim. The crew helped us get into the boat from the water. Photos were also taken during the sightings, which we received by email in the evening, so we could just relax and watch and still have wonderful photomemories.
