Avoid at all costs. The initial interaction with Esther was all well and good but the development was delayed by more than 2 years. Then I couldn’t get a mortgage because no mortgage supplier would touch it seeing as it’s “high risk”. I was then left in the lurch and RW Invest were useless blaming it on the developer. I continued pushing and pushing and about a year later, I sold via RW Invest who took a nice 5% cut for reselling. It was a nightmare experience and I’d really recommend you to save your money and not invest in the scam as you’ll be left really disappointed.
