True North Title has gone out of their way to steal land from us. We trusted True North to execute our home purchase and things went through without a hitch. After closing, they contacted us to sign a deed of correction giving up half of our land. A lawyer contacted them demanding that we make this change but they weren't intelligent enough to realize that they were being scammed. Instead, they were more than happy to listen to a 3rd party to try and rob us of our land. True North doesn't support their customer.
Avoid True North Title and Nest Realty at all costs
