To all the customers reading this review , we always used to book tickets with gaura travels and this is the first we had this Bad experience due to the fact i have cancelled my ticket and applied for the refund and it was in jan this year and it just got worse from there no communiaction at all and i was advised it would take up to 5 months to get it and i was like are you serious when they need you to book it they will call you 10000 times a day and this experience really showed their real face to me and they are unable to help as i am still waiting on my hard earned money. for Gaura management or eomployees here is is my booking ID named Kotthi so this is a real review not a fake to all Please stay away from these scammers as mention by previous genuine customers. Again to gaura Travels if i dont get my money back in this week i will be contacting Further Authorities and will not held back to take this matter to the court as it clearly says on the Air india website refund will be given in 21 days in case of cancellation and you are telling customers 5 months and also charging extra money so i better get my refund ASap.
