In December 2023 I decided to move forward with a security system and keyless access system with Koorsen, it 1st took them 6 months to respond to my calls and emails wanting to get a quote from them, I should have known this was a bad sign. Finally in Feb 2024 they installed the system and had all kinds of issues getting it to work before leaving. They showed me a very poor explanation of how the system works and how to program things. The next day, a saturday, we were completely locked out of our building as the system would not disarm and unlock our doors. I will say they responded quickly that time and got a technician out there on Monday. At this time they also told us we need to install a bypass key which would avoid this problem in the future and it would be around $800. Not really really want i wanted to heard after spending $6000 on a system that had left us completely locked out of our building. The follow week we ended up with the same issues and after a full day of the technician being there and doing on with the tech support they said it was fixed. The system. Worked properly for a week then issues stated again. They claimed they got it fixed at this time we also made a 2nd request needed more of the "fobs" as they did not provide us enough for our staff with our initial purchase again showing us these "fobs" would cost $4 to $8 per "Fob" the system seemed to work properly again for a couple weeks and now the system arms and triggers alarm every hour. Each time the alarm goes off we never receive any kind of call from the monitoring service to make sure the building is safe or if a police response is needed. Which we had to pay upfront $900 for that service. I have submitted a "trouble ticket" at 8 am in the morning with no response all day. If you need security services stay away from Koorsen they are thieves and will do nothing but steal your money and they try to charge you more at every turn..
