I am a patient through telehealth for weight loss. All my contacts, from the scheduling of my first consultation/intake, to text/email questions, to collecting items needed for RHS reimbursements have been friendly, prompt, and helpful. I started this journey during their Black Friday sale. They made every effort to process me through quickly and efficiently. Orders are thorough and arrive quickly. I have only had one where an item was missing, and they quickly corrected the error and sent the replacement at no charge. I am thankful for their communication of sales and discounts.
