A dream to sign up. A nightmare to file a claim or receive a refund. Finally ended the nightmare but the refund took 7 weeks to arrive after initial request and calling three times and emailing dozens more.
Does not matter which plan you pick; I chose the highest. They pick what is covered and come up with bold faced lies as to what is pre-existing. Deductible price is a lie as well. They claimed it was $100, but it was $200.
They clearly have a bottom dollar and don’t give two farts about covering anything and they simply lie. Seems to be a common theme with the lower reviews. No clue how they get five stars and high ratings from websites that rank warranties.
I took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership and a Big O Tire chain and they both said it was the worst warranty they’ve dealt with.
So excited it’s finally done. STAY AWAY!
