Initially, I had Andrew book the works required in, then had Joel attend.
Communication on booking the work in and suitable times, for me, was great. Also, I had a reminder of my appt and notification when they were on their way.
Joel was super polite, explained what was causing the issue, how he rectified it, and what will happen going forward (real estate managed property) 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work 👌
