Best baking classes in Paris
When I tell you I had the most special weekend in Paris with Cook N Class I mean it. From the moment I went in Jessica made me feel so welcome and then I had a choux and baguette class with Chef Sarah, who was simply amazing. She was so funny, kind and patient and I learnt so much! The next day I had a macaron class with Chef Antoni, who was brilliant too. He was highly skilled, funny but professional and made me feel so comfortable. He also put on some amazing music that we jammed to. Two weeks before I lost the most important person in my life and I was so nervous about coming on this trip, but they all allowed me to smile again and that is something I will never forget. Thank you, Nikki.
