FS CUSTOMER SERVICE - WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? I am a complete online shopper and love the experience more when the customer service is prompt. This is my first frustrating and absolutely disappointing experience with online shopping, all thanks to Fashion Station. How do they have great reviews, I know not. I have placed 9 orders since 2nd March and most of them are yet to be dispatched. Their customer service team is just a bot who keeps sending automated messages and emails. No action is taken on your queries and issues ( I have tried all channels of communication but its futile). Plus, there isn't a delivery timeline even so that the customer is atleast aware of when their products can be expected. FS team, please have some courtesy to reply and reach out to me to get my issues sorted asap. **In continuation to my last review where the FS team mentioned I should reach out to the customer service team for " swift resolution "... please check the attached whatsapp messages from your customer service team. Now who is going to address mine and the rest of the customers issues whose orders are pending?
