I arrived at Miami and my driver told me he would be a little late because of traffic, which I completely understood, it was rush-hour. He was so efficient in contacting me and keeping me updated. I told him where I was standing and he arrived with a smile on his face. He was great, very apologetic about being stuck in traffic, which was of no fault his. It's a great service, and I would recommend anyone to use this company.
