I booked 3 tickets from them for my wife,my 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. I told them first thing when booking that I need 3 seats together and special meals for all 3. Today I was doing online checking and I found my sons seat is different from my wife and daughters and also there is only 1 special meal Instead of 3. I called them and I was told to request at counter for seats to be together, when I asked what if they said no, I don't want my 5 year old to be sitting with random stranger. To which I was told we cannot do anything about it, only thing is I can do now is request at counter. They said we buy tickets in bulk and we cannot change seats for customer, so that means there was probability my 3 year old daughter could have also been sitting with total stranger. How on earth are they even allowed to do that. I will never book from them. Learned my lesson.
