Had a water line leak into our basement. Called VODA and Joe was at the house within an hour to assess and discuss damages. An hour after our meeting Chris and Junior were at the house to install air movers, air scrubber, and dehumidifier. The following day, Chris and Junior worked to removed affected drywall and flooring to continue the dry out.
Job is not complete, but so far I'm happy with the work being done and communication. Will update at job completion.
