After being let down by Europcar and Hertz (the latter with 5 mins notice before collection) it's fair to say I was a bit stressed when I got to Herd. After a cheery welcome and confirmation of my booking I knew I was in good hands. Herd's friendly no-nonsence approach is just what you want, no extras for this, or payments for that, it's all just straightforwards. We walked round the van any dents or dings were pointed out and noted and off I went in a clean new van. Good price, good service – now it's the first company I'll try when I need a van in the future.
