The experience with gaura travel is worse than any other travel agency. They try to trap customers with the false trap like special discount but infact they knew that this flight is going to be delayed for 6 to7 hrs........I request everyone please don't fall in their trap for diacount. Its better to book from other agencies atleast they are trustworthy

To access or create your user account, please follow the instructions as: 1) Click on 'Login' button on the home page of Gaura Travel website: https://gauratravel.com.au/ or open the link as: https://gauratravel.com.au/customer-portal/ 2) Create a new user account using the ‘Sign Up’ form if you log in to our customer portal for the first time. 3) If you already have an account, please fill in the login credentials to log into the customer account to self-lodge your refund, complaint, or date change request. If you forget your user credentials, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ button to reset your old password. 4) Once you are logged in, please select the ‘related option’ button in the left corner. 5) You can fill up the Refund Request, Complaints or Date Change request form and submit it. 6) After submitting the Refund Request, Complaints or Date Change request form, please ‘View’ the submitted request in the list view and you will be able to chat with the concerned Team regarding your concern in detail and follow up on your lodged requests/concerns with the team.
