Southwest is always the first name that comes to mind when thinking about great customer service. Their staff is always so friendly and willing to help. I love that you get two free checked bags with each ticket, which saves a fortune! I rarely have flight delays when using Southwest airlines and although their seating policy is a bit unusual, it’s easy to get used to in no time! I am and will always be a Southwest Airlines fan!
