Ms. Warda is a real professional coordinator for the patient's schedule/transportation plan from the moment you decide to travel to istanbul to the last moment before you leave istanbul. 10/10 to her 💯
Ms.Rose was kind and helpful inside the clinic.
Ms.Dareen is a good post procedure assistant.
I reduced 1 star because during the procedure. I was feeling the pain for like 30% of the time, I'm not sure if the team could do something about it or not. But that felt so bad. Also the day before procedure Dr.Serkan met us for 2 minutes only, he came, drew some lines in my head, then disappeared,I know he's a busy man but I hoped he gave us more of his time to discuss the procedure plan. Everything else was perfect.
I hope that after 1 year, my transplant will show successful results as well. Only time will tell.
