ZERO STARS I bought a desk and chair back on January 9, 2023. I received a completely damaged (crushed and cracked) desk (top and side table) about 2 months later. I was angry and disappointed. After much haggling and trying to get my money back with their customer service department, I caved, and they sent me a replacement. This took another two months. Upon inspection, the desktop was fine, but the side cabinet was again, crushed about 2 inches deep in 1 corner and cracked along another corner that extended to the other side of the cabinet. I asked for a refund - they offered me 2 options. First option: keep the damaged goods and they would refund me 15% of my total purchase price or they would send me a third replacement with a 5% refund for my inconvenience. WTH?!? I can’t keep the cabinet because it is damaged garbage - it can’t be used - Not to mention the wasted time and aggravation I have been through. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and they said if I didn’t hear back from one of their “colleagues” in 2 days, I should email them again. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered and I would NEVER recommend them or do business with them again. It is of no surprise that this company has poor ratings. It is now 1 FULL YEAR since I have been trying to get my money back - Does anyone have a contact for escalations?
