long stay in room 707 I lived there for about 3 years and paid rent and all bills on time. Covid came in march 2020 and I needed to return to the UK. I was then stuck in UK as the world grinder to a halt no travel or movement of people the world was in lockdown. After 6 months of half price rent Peter doubled the rent when I was stuck in the UK. I gave notice of my intention to give one months notice to quit as there was no prospect of travel anytime soon. This was August 2020. He refused to allow my friends to pick up my belongings which were in the Condo. I didn't get any of my things back. These people are not to be trusted. They didn't return my deposit or my new cycle Tv and personal clothing. Please beware of staying in this place. They are greedy people and will keep your bond deposit. So be warned
