Avoid I ordered some heated socks but my wife bought some before they arrived, so I asked to return them about 10 days later. I was told that their terms were 7 days and that I couldn't return them. I looked at the link in the email and it said 14 days. When I challenged them they said I could return the item - to China- at my own expense and it would cost up to $40 (for an item that cost £28) so obviously not worth it. Because the terms quoted are in breach of uk law I can claim back on my credit card. Do yourselves a favour and use Amazon - it might be a few quid more expensive but at least you avoid having to deal with a cowboy company like this.
