Buyer beware…this company at place you with carriers that force additional fees We had an absolutely terrible experience. They placed us with a rental car company that doesn’t acknowledge American Family Insurance. We were forced to buy additional insurance coverage that exceeded the rental. The other option was forfeiting the car rental payment and going elsewhere. Adding insult to injury, they placed a 250 hold on the credit card for deposit and then handed us the keys to a car with a massive dent in the bumper.
