Truly a traumatic experience I booked a flight through the edreams webpage. After seeing that the first flight did not get confirmed for 24 hours, I started getting in contact with them. After about 5 phone calls, I found out that the issue was that the first of three flights was no longer available. They told me that I could not get a refund for the flights that were remaining. Now I have a flight from Frankfurt and no way to get there on time, they wont refund even though I paid extra for trip protection. I cannot believe that not only my first flight unexpectedly didn't work, but they had no solutions at all. They tricked me into buying a full flight path and then canceled half, and then wouldn't refund the second half. This is the worst platform out there!
